Singer Sandra Kim passed herself off as a 15 year - old when she participatedat Eurovision in the Norwegian city of Bergen. At the time, she was in fact only 13. This was in breach of the rules. 

Receiving life lessons from a teen is probably not ideal. At least she does have a positive outlook as she proclaims that she loves life.
