EUROVISION 2021: THE 39 SONGS (RANKED IN ORDER OF QUALITY).

Today: #38. More: tomorrow.

EUROVISION 2021

THE 39 SONGS:

(in order of preference)

The number of competitors for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest has decreased to 39 with the withdrawal of Armenia and Belarus being disqualified. After being cancelled last year, the 2021 ESC will go ahead in Rotterdam in May. Caffè Lattè has ranked all of the entries in terms of sonic quality, as it does annually. The higher the ranking, the better the song.

*Note that a live performance and the on-stage presentation may alter the overall impact of a song.

AMEN

Ana Soklič

Slovenia

The official cover for "Amen"

Ana was selected to represent Slovenia at Eurovision in 2020. This year, she will be competing with the forgettable “Amen”. It is one of 2 songs sharing that title in 2021. Performed in English, the song will be competing in Semi-Final 1 and does not deserve to progress to the Grand Final, but Slovenia does seem to attract votes despite recently bringing low-grade entries.
