Before the power ballads and pop hits, Heart was a fully fledged rock group, revolving around the Wilson sisters. "Barracuda" -written by the group members Ann and Nancy Wilson, Roger Fisher and Michael DeRosier- was a Top 15 hit in the US, Canada and Australia in 1977.

#1814 MUSIC IS MY LIFE Marcia Hines
In 1978, Marcia Hines released her 'Live  Across Australia' album to which "Music is my Life" was added. The studio track was the singer's latest single, co-written by Hines with her producer Robie G. Porter and Jill Porter- Wagoner, became another Top 30 hit in Australia for her.
