London group Coldplay formed in 1998. They are now one of the leading groups in popular music. They steadily built up a following via singles that included "Yellow" and "Trouble" in the early years. By 2003, they were regular visitors to the UK Top 10, sustaining their chart activity with brilliant singles such as "Clocks" that same year. 2008 saw the release of the mammoth song "Viva La Vida", the title song from the album with the full title: 'Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends'. The big song was co-produced by the renowned Brian Eno with Markus Dravs, Jon Hopkins and Rik Simpson. The members of Coldplay are all credited with composing the hit song which reached #1 in both the US, the UK and Europe. It peaked at #2 in Australia and #4 in Venezuela.
