A RANKING OF THE 41 SONGS FROM EUROVISION 2019.

This post: #4. Concludes tomorrow.

EUROVISION SONG CONTEST 2019
THE 41 SONGS
(ranked in order of preference)

The Eurovision Song Contest begins in Tel Aviv on May 14. Two semi-finals will see 35 songs reduced to 20 and join last year’s winning nation Israel alongside the pre-qualified ‘Big 5’ countries (France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom & Germany) in the Grand Final 4 days later.
The songs are ranked in order of song quality, starting with the weakest of the 41 entries. Preferences may change once they are performed live during the Semi-Finals.

WAKE UP
ELIOT
Recent offerings from Belgium have been among the best for some years now. “Wake Up” maintains that high standard. The Belgian entry will be performed in English during Semi-Final 1. Eliot will be singing the song, co-written by him and Pierre Dumoulin. The latter helped write “City Lights”, the 2017 Belgian entry which finished in fourth place. Discerning voters will hopefully recognize the quality of the 2019 song. Eliot will need to deliver a memorable live performance to stand out. The song deserves to finish high in the Grand Final.
