CAFFE` LATTE`
TOP 1500 CHOICE TRACKS {EXPANDED EDITION}

#1286 JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH Depeche Mode
Before departing Depeche Mode, Vince Clarke co-wrote "Just Can't Get Enough" with Martin Gore. In 1981, this song heralded the synth group's emergence and is still 1 of the best examples of '80s UK pop.

#1287 ROCKIN' ROBIN Michael Jackson
Jimmie Thomas wrote this song which was originally a hit for Bobby Day in 1958. Michael Jackson's 1972 remake was featured on his debut solo album 'Got to be There' and peaked at #2 in America.

#1288 CUANDO, CUANDO, CUANDO [Spanish Mix] Engelbert Humperdinck
In 1998, a dance remix album of Engelbert Humperdinck songs was unleashed. The Spanish Mix of "Cuando Cuando Cuando" was included as a bonus track. The song began as the Italian evergreen "Quando, Quando, Quando" from the 1962 San Remo Music Festival, penned by Tony Renis (aka Elio Cesari) with Italian lyrics by Alberto Testa and an English adaptation by Pat Boone (billed often as Charles E. Boone).

#1289 GREASE Frankie Valli
The title song from the 1978 perennial film favourite 'Grease', Frankie Valli scored a US #1 single. "Grease" was written by Barry Gibb of The Bee Gees.

#1290 GUAGLIONE Perez Prado & His Orchestra
The Neapolitan song "Guaglione" was composed by Giuseppe Fanciulli and Nicola "Nisa" Salerno. Cuban bandleader Perez Prado dropped his mambo remake in 1958.

The list is a ranking made up of the songs I enjoy the most, ranked in order of preference: the higher we go, the more I cherish them. Some were released as singles, others as album tracks. Some are obscure; others were worldwide hits or have universal appeal. They aren't always the most famous or popular, but simply a personal choice.This expanded section now includes songs from the last few years. I hope you find some new tracks to love, or re-discover some past favourites.
5 new songs are added every day from #1201-1500
