🎤Frankie Valli

[The Four Seasons]

Valli’s trademark falsetto made this New Jersey group stand out. He steered the other members through a long string of hits that included: “Sherry”, “Rag Doll”, “Big Girls Don’t Cry” and “Walk Like A Man”. He also achieved solo success with singles such as “My Eyes Adored You” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You”.

🎤Frida Lingstad

[ABBA]

Initially, Benny and Bjorn handled vocals. They recruited their partners as background singers before realizing the 2 women should handle the lead on their compositions. Frida added class with her wide vocal range. This can be witnessed listening to ABBA songs such as “I Wonder”, “Fernando” and “Money, Money, Money”.

🎤Buddy Holly

[The Crickets]

Holly is remembered as the pivotal member of The Crickets. His impact on the evolution of rock ‘n’ roll remains an influence to this day. We will always wonder what more he would have accomplished had he not died in a tragic plane crash in 1959, aged only 22.

🎤Agnetha Fältskog

[ABBA]

Both of the female members of the Swedish group ABBA were integral to its appeal and the quality of the music. Agnetha was equally capable a lead singer as Frida, but was able to inject drama and emotion into many of her recordings. Among her ABBA period highlights are: “The Winner Takes It All”, “S.O.S.”, “Slipping Through My Fingers” and “The Day Before You Came”.
