#876 EVERY NIGHT Phoebe Snow
"Every Night" was a track included on Paul McCartney's debut solo LP. Released in 1970,  'McCartney' consisted entirely of songs penned by the former Beatle. Phoebe Snow was born Phoebe Laub in 1952. Although born in New York, she was raised in neighbouring New Jersey. She covered the McCartney song for her 'Against the Grain' album in 1978. The vocalist recorded in a number of genres, including jazz, folk and pop. Her most famous song remains "Poetry Man" from 1975. In 2011, Snow died following a brain hemorrhage.
