#897 TYPICAL MALE Tina Turner
Following the massive success of 'Private Dancer', Tina Turner followed up with the 'Break Every Rule' LP in 1986. That album opened with "Typical Male", a song composed by Terry Britten and Graham Lyle. The 2 had previously provided Turner with her international smash hit "What's Love Got To Do With It". Britten, who was raised in Australia, before migrating back to Britain, also produced "Typical Male". Phil Collins played drums on this recording. The single peaked at #2 for 3 weeks in America.
